Gorge-ous Avon Gorge trail

Pick up a gorge passport and embark on a journey of discovery. Along the way collect stamps as you find out about the amazing wildlife and history of the Avon Gorge. From peregrine falcons to Bristol onions and the building of the  Clifton Suspension Bridge to gorge-ous goats there’s so much to explore.

‘Please pick up your Gorge passport from either the Avon Gorge & Downs Wildlife Project ‘Wild crafts’ stall in the Cumberland Piazza (marked as number 9 on the activities map), or the person talking about the Avon Gorge goats in the Gully (marked as number 5 on the activities map)’.

 The Gorge-ous Avon Gorge trail is bought to you by: Avon Gorge & Downs Wildlife Project, Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust, Friends of the Downs and Avon Gorge, Gill Loates, Libby Houston, National Trust and the University of Bristol.
